About President Paul Davis of Total Quality Home Builders of Lake Keowee
A lifelong native of New Hampshire, Paul moved to the "Golden Corner" area in July 2006 with his wife Linda, son Matthew and daughter Gina. He also has two other sons, Tyler and Heath. Paul retired as a lieutenant from the New Hampshire State Police in 2001 and started a new home construction company called Total Quality Home Builders, Inc. Paul designed and general contracted over 60 custom homes in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, averaging over $2,000,000 of new home construction annually. He relocated his company to the Lake Keowee area in 2006. TQHB is now a leading home builder on Lake Keowee.
Paul is a committed man of faith, husband and father. He is an avid boater, golfer and outdoorsman. Paul and his family live on Lake Keowee. His expertise in home construction, real estate and land development has proven to be a valuable asset to his clients.

- 1974: Graduated from Dover High School, Dover, NH.
- 1974-77: Attended the University of New Hampshire majoring in Business Administration.
- 1983-2001: Employed by the New Hampshire Department of Safety; retired a Lieutenant from the Division of State Police.

About Sandra “Sandi” K. Salemi
Sandi works as a Design Coordinator for Total Quality Home Builders. She previously work with Ryland Homes of Tampa, Florida, a Fortune 500 Company, also as a Design Coordinator. She helped over 1,000 families design the homes of their dreams. Sandi has over 35 years of experience in design, sales, marketing and development.
Sandi and her husband Steve came to Seneca, SC in mid-2008 after 32 years in Florida. She is originally from Northern Illinois. She and Steve have 2 fabulous sons, 2 wonderful daughters-in-law and, of course, 4 of the best grandchildren around. Sandi is very committed to family and community. She enjoys boating, the pool, golf, gardening and about anything outdoors.

About Scott Johnson
Scott has been a native of Upstate SC his entire life.
Scott and his family have been in the Building Industry and Architectural Design for over 50 years.
Scott has worked in all facets of the Building Industry beginning as a young man loading lumber and framing then to Lowes where he soon became the Paint/Home Décor Specialist, Flooring Specialist, and was a Millwork Specialist before leaving Lowes to further his career. He immediately joined Builders First Source in Seneca SC. Scott worked with BFS for approximately seven years primarily with inside and outside sales providing assistance, expertise and building supplies to the vast majority of Custom Home Builders in and around the Upstate Lake Keowee area.
TQHB is excited to have such a well-versed individual to take on the position of Communications Director to further assist TQHB in becoming the Premier Custom Home Builder on Lake Keowee and the surrounding area.
